The Thousand Young is the ninth deluxe expansion for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game. Its 165 cards (three copies each of 55 different cards) add new depth and resilience to the Shub-Niggurath faction. Nearly two-thirds of the expansion’s cards bolster the All Mother’s ranks with Ghouls, Dark Young, Monsters, Mi-Go, and Cultists. You’ll also find ghastly new Locations, foul Curses, and a new version of the Villainous Dark Mother, herself.
Still, the Black Goat of the Woods is not the region’s only corrupting influence. In the heart of the Big Easy, Nyarlathotep’s many Avatars play a deep and complicated game, manipulating human agencies and monstrous cultists, alike. These Avatars infiltrate every one of the game’s eight factions, even as the factions all gain mysterious new Locations that afford players new interactions with the top cards of their decks.
This is not a stand-alone game; a Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game Core Set is required to play.

Zaczynając od początku dostajemy w ręce duże pudełko takiej samej wielkości jak wszystkie dodatki delux, wykonane z wytrzymałego materiału, z doskonała oprawa która w wspaniały sposób przedstawia klimat tej specyficznej i płodnej (klimat frakcji) frakcji.
Same karty są świetnie wykonania tak jak przyzwyczaili nas już wydawcy gry. Same obrazki są świetnie i wspaniale pokazują klimat tej frakcji , która mówiąc szczerze jest jedna z moich ulubionych obok Haustra i Cthulhu.
Co do kart w rozgrywce, większość kart jest bardzo grywalna i dzięki nim wpadłem na kilka ciekawych pomysłów na talie, co z innymi kartami tej frakcji dotąd wydanymi daje niezliczona kombinacje pomysłów i tematów. Wspomnę tu że w tym dodatku znajdziemy też parę kart dla innych frakcji ale głównie ten dodatek jest nastawiony na tą konkretna frakcje.
Podsumowując ogólnie ten dodatek oceniam na 5 jest kolejnym dużym dodatkiem rozszerzającym daną frakcje co dla miłośników tej że frakcji jest strzałem w 1000000 punktów każdy znajdzie coś w swoim smaku czy to Ghule, Mroczne Młode , kultystów czy inne potwory.
